Do you have a regular doctor you go to when you are sick? The first step should be to make an appointment with him or her. They will know your medical history and will be able to tell if you need to see another doctor for treatment. He/she will ask you questions and is qualified to refer you to a specialist if it is necessary.
That’s what I did. My doctor was able to give me some immediate help and then refer me to a psychiatrist for more treatment.

i dont think there really is 1! they are quite common in ppl but if you go to your actual doctor-peditraction-and talk to them maybe they can persrcibe you medication.

Contact a psychiatrist.
Whatever you do, don’t go to your GP, they are worthless when it comes to things that are psychological.
I would suggest seeing your Local Doctor or GP first. At least they can prescribe some medication to help keep things under wrap until you can get in to see a Phychiatrist. Although, a phychiatrist might not need to be consulted.
Even a phychologist would be very benefical, as the GP can prescribe medication if / when you need it and you can work through your problems with the physchologist.
