Which homeopathic remedy works best for Major Anxiety / Panic Attacks before important events?
I also sweat a lot on the forehead and can’t seem to stop sweating till the event has passed. Then, I feel drained out and depressed and I know I can perform well but simply lose my nerve. I’ve tried positive affirmations, facing-my-fears, etc. but feel that I need to try homeopathy now. Any help?

Get a tea made from Lavender, Chamomile, and Spearmint. Make it double strong by steeping it and then putting the tea back on the stove to simmer until it’s half gone. Drink a cup before the event, and drink it after when you start to go down. It will help in both … it makes you calmer so that you don’t sweat or get any of the other anxiety/panic attack symptoms, and also fights depression. Warning … if you drink this after when you are down you’ll feel calmer, but will also get very sleepy. Take a power nap (no more than an hour) and then drink a good regular strength caffeinated tea like Earl Grey with Double Bergamot to help you wake up …
Homeopathy is not the answer. Homeopathic medicines are just sugar pills with rituals attached to them. It is in effect a placebo…see:

What you are experiencing is entirely natural. There is no quick fix – presenting or talking in front strangers can be scary…it only gets less so through experience. You need to push your self a little further each day. Don’t try and make huge leaps at once…build up and acknowledge to yourself your incremental achievements.
Whatever you do, believe in yourself…not the snakeoil salesmen that peddle homeopathy.
you should try Bachs rescue remedy, Valerian tincture or chammomile tea.
I use Bachs "rescue remedy" we all have different body chemistry but it really helps me.
