What is Wrong with me???
First off, please do not tell me to go to the doctor. I do not have much money and am trying to get an idea of what may be wrong before I go. For the past couple of months I have been having tightness in my chest.. But it is only on one side.. If you were facing me, it is on the left side. Right below my collar bone. A few months ago, it was swollen to the point you could barely see my collar bone. I went to the clinic and was treated for anxiety attacks. I was given 2 medications to help calm when something is stressing me out. However, this is continuing to happen. It hurts to lay on that side and feels really tight. It hurts to take a deep breath. What could it be? Thanks
It is tender when you touch that area, but you can not feel a lump or anything that could be "attached" .. It feels like the other side, except it hurts!

something bite you. really need to see a doc.
Medical personnel are trained to rule out the basics. Most of the time it is something simple…or even anxiety attacks. But I don’t think that you are describing that.
You didn’t mention if it was tender when you pushed on it. You didn’t mention if it was movable. You didn’t mention if it is attached to the bone or if you could push it down between the bones. You didn’t mention if you get short of breath.
BUT. I would suggest that you get it seen, when you are experiencing the symptoms. My thoughts: maybe lymphatic in nature. Or maybe an allergy (localized)…Yes, it could be a tumor. But I wouldn’t pick the worst case scenario just yet.
I am tempted to say that it could be something that is serious. No one on yahoo could diagnose that without you being seen. Ask more questions if you would like to know more.
growing pains.
This could be a cyst or rarely, a tumor either cancerous or benign. Something is growing or swelling in the area. you do need an xray or scan doing to see and bloods doing. I am worried . Have you ever banged it and it could be a fractured collarbone
I think x-rays of the area may be a good idea to look at. Maybe go to see at a clinic for the poor and financially challenged. Good luck and hope you figure it out soon sweetie.
i think you have hypocapnia.which is what i think i have to. hypocapnia is when you have little carbon dioxide in your blood and that can cause a problem. it sounds like you have the musculature and emotional symptoms. Go to http://www.yournewlife.biz/overbreathing.html then, after u click search, u should see overbreathing and its consequences. click that and if nothing shows up on website, look to the left in the row and click the highlited overbreathing. i hope that helped.
