I have found that each person who has anxiety attacks has different "symptoms." Sometimes people with anxiety become slight hypochondriacs, thinking that their anxiety symptoms are actually signs of a bigger problem. Chances are you’re fine. If you feel like you have a bigger problem you’re dealing with, definitely go seek medical help!
Yes, it’s normal to see your pulse in several places throughout your body. Don’t worry about, you’re exhibiting normal symptoms.
not sure.
yes those are all normal, especially the pressure, the fear and dread and pulsing sensation. just wondering do you take klonopin for your attacks? if not it would probably be your best bet.
If you are having these attacks often, I would go see a doctor, they do have medicine to help. If this was a one time thing and you were actually in a dangerous, fearful situation, it would be a normal reaction, or so I think….good luck.
That is a classic scenario that most of us anxiety sufferers have dealt with before. I used to almost always trigger an anxiety attack any time I felt confined such as in a car in traffic or even in a queue at the mart. All of the symptoms you mentioned I can relate to except for the pulse in your palm. That is probably something your stressed mind conjured up during your anxiety attack. Hope this helps.
