stressed at work- i couldn&#039;t solve that one, i faced up to why i was stressed and got absolutely no support from my emplyers and then got moved into an even more stressful position. :(

stressed with another employee- now that could be a bit different. I started to look at the people who seemed to be argumentative or stirring and began to think that they were playing a game to just try and provoke a response.
Once i took on this mindset they immediately stopped being a cause of frustration and became a source of amusement.
