Fourth time I’ve seen something posted about this by you.
http://www.helpguide.org/mental/anxiety_types_symptoms_treatment.htm <— Go here and read up on anxiety, instead of asking Yahoo!Answers the same question over, and over again.
You are experiencing ANXIETY attacks. This is a common occurrence and happens to a lot of people. It does not necessarily mean something is wrong with you.
When something scares you, or you think that you are in danger even though you are not, your body reacts by preparing to run away from the danger or to fight it. The brain instructs the body to release adrenalin and other hormones that prepare the body for what we call “flight or fight.” The weird thing is that with most anxiety attacks (like what I think you’re having) the body is reacting to an imagined or thought-up danger. For example, if you suddenly are called on to answer a question in class, your brain and body may feel like it’s in danger and react with symptoms of anxiety (fast heart beat, sweating, shaking and others).
Sometimes PHYSICAL conditions can cause anxiety attacks. So you should talk to your family doc about this and first make sure there is nothing physically wrong with you. If your doctor finds that you are physically OK, then you should ask why you’re having these spells of anxiety. Often, it helps to talk to a counselor or doctor about it. Sometimes knowing there’s nothing physically wrong helps. On the other hand, some people who have anxiety attacks actually need on-going counseling or even medication. The first thing you should do is talk to one of your parents about seeing your family doctor.
Its normal to have some anxiety, but from what you are expressing, it seems to be more, which is NOT normal. We hope that you can get the help you need as soon as possible! Dont wait a minute longer.
