Diet pills and anixiety????
I have put on quite a bit of weight in the last year and am constantantly working out, eating right with no results. I’m guessing that it’s because I am on Lexapro to treat my anxiety attacks. I’m wondering if there is any diet pills out there, safe one’s only of course, that don’t give you that nervous energy feeling that would possibly create a panic feeling for me. Anyone know?

stay away from cheap vitamins/supplements they don’t contain enough of the real thing to be worth taking. diet pills contain some type of stimulant even if they have natural sounding names- this worsens anxiety.

ask your Doctor and get on a health plan. Take daily vitamins. You can get cheaper vitamins at Target, AND, the vitamin section has pamphlets you can look at that they recommend which vitamins you should take daily (and what they do) specific to your age and gender.
If you are getting enough vitamins and minerals in your diet, you will crave food less because you are getting the nutrients you need. Also, some of the vitamins help metabolism to work faster
No, been down that road. Only one way. Do not deprive the body of the 2,000 calories that you need. Take tha calories, increase the exercise. 30 minutes will work. 5 days a week. If this is unsuccessful with reasonable diet. Contact your doc immediately. Very best wishes. You can do it.
No diet pills are very bad for your health and can cause heart damage, people are so nieve to thinking that a diet pill or a shake is going to help them loose weight long term and not be BAD for their health. To loose weight eat a healthy diet with fruits and veggies and lean meats, whole grains and low fat milk products. You can loose the weight on your own.Do NOT deprive yourself, everything in moderation. Be sure to take a daily Multi-Vitamin to give you the proper nutrients and give you the energy needed to workout. We eat and sleep everyday we should workout everyday. Workout by doing something you enjoy. We go walking, swimming, or bike riding for 30 mins each day. The weight will melt off once you get going. If I can do it so can you!
