I read somewhere that too much B1 reduces Vitamin E, so it would seem possible to cause heart problems if it is true.
As well, B vitamins are water soluble so perhaps dehydration is an issue.
and I also read that a high intake of artificial vitamins depletes your body of natural vitamins when trying to excrete all of what you have ingested.
you should minimise your intake of artificial vitamins.
edible brewers yeast is a good source of natural vitamin B group.
