I did a lot of research on this, and I definitely think you need to see your doctor. If you will look at all the symptoms I've been able to find about attacks like this, there isn't much about stomach discomfort. But to be sure you should go and see a cardiologist, they can do more extensive test rather than a regular family practicioner.
